Élisabeth Rigal, philosopher (and occasional translator), is a retired researcher at the French C.N.R.S. She has also been a lecturer at the University Jean-Jaurès of Toulouse throughout her career. She co-translated in French : Ludwig Wittgenstein, The Big Typescript, Gallimard, Bibliothèque de Philosophie, 2025. In 2009, she published (in French) a first study dedicated to Reiner Schürmann : « Des ultimes phénoménologiques », in Autour de Reiner Schürmann, Jean-Marie Vaysse (ed.), Georg Olms Verlag, Europea Memoria.
